Website visits Technical information such as IP address, browser and request data may be processed to deliver and secure the website. Netlify provides hosting. Sanity delivers published website content and images. These services receive technical request information when your browser connects to them. 3. Contact requests Our contact form collects your name, email address, message, website language and, where relevant, the selected tour or partner-enquiry context. Netlify Forms receives the submission and an email notification is sent to our business mailbox. We use the information to answer your request and prepare or manage the service you ask for. Please do not include card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in your message. 4. Bookings and payments Online booking takes place in Bókun’s hosted booking system, provided by Tripadvisor LLC. Booking information may include names, contact details, tour, date, time, party size, pickup location, booking notes, billing details and payment-related transaction information. Card-payment details are entered in the provider’s checkout, not in our website contact form. The selected payment provider and its notices are shown in that booking flow. Purposes and legal bases We process enquiry and booking information to take steps you request before a contract and to perform booked services. Accounting and invoicing information is processed to meet applicable legal obligations. Website security, handling ordinary enquiries and protecting legitimate business interests may involve legitimate-interest processing. Where a feature requires consent, it is activated on that basis and consent may be withdrawn. 6. Service providers The current website uses Netlify for hosting and form handling, Sanity for published content and images, and Bókun for hosted booking. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. Information may also be shared with the people providing your booked service, payment providers, accounting providers and authorities where necessary for the service or a legal obligation. International processing Some providers operate internationally and may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices and contractual data-processing terms describe applicable locations, transfer arrangements and safeguards. Retention We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal requirements: booking information for service delivery and related claims, billing information for statutory accounting retention, and enquiry information for handling the request and necessary follow-up. Retention in a provider’s own system is also described in its notices. You can ask us about retention applicable to your case. 9. Cookies and optional features This version does not enable a separate advertising or analytics tag on the main website. Your rights and questions Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing.
