A few things you might be wondering.
Is a TukTuk tour a good choice if long walks are difficult?
It can be a comfortable way to see more of Budapest with less walking, including for older guests. Please contact us before booking with any mobility needs, how far you are comfortable walking and whether you need help getting in or out. We can discuss suitable stops and check whether the vehicle and route work for you; step-free access cannot be assumed at every stop.
Can you pick us up at our hotel?
Yes, free pickup and drop-off are available within our central Budapest service area. Share your accommodation name and address when booking so we can confirm the location. For addresses outside the area, we will agree a convenient meeting point with you.
Will we share the TukTuk with other guests?
No. Your TukTuk is private to your booking. For larger groups, we can plan a tour using several vehicles, subject to availability.
Can we choose the route and make stops?
Tell your guide about your interests. The route can be adapted within the booked tour time, with stops for photos and selected sights. Traffic and local access may affect the final route; interior visits and admission are only included when expressly stated.
What if the weather changes?
The TukTuks have rain covers and seasonal blankets. Dress for an outdoor experience, and contact us if severe weather may affect your plans.
Can you help with a special request?
Of course — tell us before booking about a celebration, a larger group, mobility needs or a preferred guide language. We will check the options with you rather than leave the details to chance.
