Yes. Children aged 0–5 can join free of charge. Children aged 6–13 receive a 50% discount from the adult price. From the age of 14, the full adult price applies.

Yes. Children are welcome on our tours, and families often enjoy the TukTuk experience. Young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with a baby or a small child, so we can help you choose the most comfortable and suitable arrangement.

Yes. Our TukTuk tours are private experiences. You will not share the vehicle with other guests outside your own booking.

Our tours usually require a minimum of two passengers. However, solo travelers are also welcome. Instead of paying the full price for two people, solo guests can join by paying a 75% surcharge on the price of one adult ticket.

We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends, holidays and the high season. Same-day bookings may be possible depending on availability, but advance booking gives you the best chance to secure your preferred time.

Our tours can start wherever is most convenient for you. We provide free pick-up in the greater downtown area of Budapest.

Yes. Free hotel pick-up is included in the greater downtown area of Budapest. When booking, simply provide the name and address of your hotel or accommodation.

If your accommodation is outside our free pick-up area, we will suggest the closest convenient meeting point.

Our free pick-up and drop-off service is available in the greater downtown area of Budapest. This usually includes most central hotels and accommodations.

If you are unsure whether your address is included, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to confirm it.

Yes. Free drop-off in the greater downtown area is included in our service.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. We always do our best to be flexible, but delays may shorten the tour time, especially if another booking is scheduled after yours.

If the delay is significant, we may need to reschedule the tour depending on availability.

If you cancel more than 3 days before the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 3 days of the scheduled departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.

Yes. The itinerary is a basic outline and can be adjusted to personalize your experience. Minor route changes may also be made without prior notice to ensure the smooth running of the tour.

Yes. You can ask your guide during the tour. If the schedule allows, you may extend your tour or adjust the agreed itinerary within the booked time frame.

Please keep in mind that spending extra time at unscheduled stops may affect the rest of the route.

Yes, if there is no other tour scheduled immediately after your program. You can also ask your guide about adding an extra experience during the tour.

Our tours are usually available in English. Other languages may be available upon request, depending on guide availability.

Your driver and tour guide are the same person. All our guides know Budapest extremely well and love sharing the city with our guests.

Tell your guide about your interests, and they will be happy to give you local tips on where to eat, drink, shop, walk around or enjoy the city like a local.

Our TukTuk tours operate in most weather conditions, unless there are severe weather warnings. The TukTuks have rain covers, so a little rain will not stop the experience.

If a tour has to be cancelled due to extreme weather, we will offer you alternative dates or times. Please dress appropriately, as this is an outdoor experience.

Yes. Our TukTuks have a canvas roof and transparent rain covers, which can be set up quickly if the weather changes.

Yes. Blankets are available during the colder season to make the ride more comfortable. We still recommend dressing warmly, as the TukTuk is an open-air vehicle and the experience takes place outdoors.

Yes, many elderly guests enjoy our tours. However, guests need to be able to get in and out of the TukTuk with limited assistance.

If you have mobility concerns, please contact us before booking so we can advise you on the most comfortable option.

Unfortunately, our TukTuks are not fully wheelchair accessible, and we do not have enough space to store a wheelchair in the vehicle.

However, if your hotel or starting point can store the wheelchair, we will be happy to take you as close as possible to the best sights of Budapest.

Small bags are usually fine, but luggage space in the TukTuk is very limited. Large suitcases and strollers cannot normally be carried in the vehicle.

If you are travelling with luggage or a stroller, please contact us before the tour so we can check the best possible solution.

One TukTuk is most comfortable for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 3 guests depending on personal space needs.

For larger groups, we can organize tours with multiple TukTuks and combine our service with other transportation options if needed.

We can take reservations for up to 8 TukTuks at a time. For larger groups, events or corporate programs, we are happy to create a custom arrangement.

Yes. We have plenty of experience with larger groups, corporate events and special programs.

We accept Hungarian Forints, Euros and US Dollars. Please note that we can only accept foreign currency banknotes, not coins.

Yes. You can pay by credit card when booking online. In some cases, payment may also be available through PayPal or through your hotel’s information desk, depending on the booking method.

Gratuity is not included in the tour price and is completely optional. If you enjoyed the experience, you are welcome to tip your guide. A typical tip is usually around 10–15%, depending on your satisfaction.
